OrderlyMeds Affiliate Retreat Brand
I created all visual assets for the affiliate team while at Orderly. Each year, they congratulate their top earners with a tropical getaway. I created the brand and materials for the Winner’s Circle. The unofficial theme is blue skies ahead – celebration of the present and a positive, sunny outlook for whatever is next.
role: art direction, design
Logo + inspiration
The Winner’s Circle logo mark is a half circle — representing that the affiliates themselves make the circle whole. The half circle also creates a rainbow shape, perfect to represent growth, bright futures, success and celebration.
Each color of the rainbow correlates with a word from the affiliate tagline, “grow, earn, win:” blue is grow, green is earn, pink is win. This subtle nod allowed the logo to be representative of and meaningful to the affiliate group, without adding extra copy.
Color
The look and feel needed to be clearly derived from — but not a replica of — the OrderlyMeds branding. For this tropical retreat, I amped up the saturation of the main brand colors to make a palette fit for beach vacation. The deep blue stayed consistent with main OM brand.
Iconography
Iconography is very prominent, stretching across the identity from the usual functional applications to decorative elements like background patterns or stickers. The icons are representative of the tagline, “grow, earn, win,” with a tropical twist to celebrate the destination. The unified, minimal design style follows the ethos of the logo — clean and meaningful (plus, fun and bright!)
Photography
In order to showcase the beauty of the destination, photography consisted of beach-y themes: sunsets over the water, tropical plants, relaxation and ease. The photos are warm, leaning into natural lighting, especially golden hour. They have a slight vintage undertone — with the majority of the swag materials being analog, tactical pieces (photo strips, recycled notebooks), the photo style needed to share the warm, vintage vibe.
Application: photography is used in promotional assets, presentations, custom retreat materials.
Conference Materials
Every retreat needs take-home swag. My goal was to be incredibly intentional with what we produced (no one needs another t-shirt). Each item relates directly to the retreat’s main themes: growth, wellness, goal setting, collaboration.
