Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Social

RWJF launched their Instagram with the goal of fostering community and reaching other leaders in the health equity space. To support their new social presence, I created a library of 40 ready-to-use templates accompanied by an in-depth playbook with instructions and tips, so anyone — not just designers! — could use them. I created templates in two main categories: information-based (infographics, statements or responses, quotes) and community-based (spotlighting individuals or organizations, funding application information).

All About the Community

Because the majority of the content is amplifying communities’ and grantees’ messages, the RWJF visual presence needed to take a backseat. Using RWJF’s secondary colors, I created carousel templates that emphasized the featured organization with impactful photography spanning multiple frames. Not only does the multi-frame photograph quickly contextualize the feature, it also encourages swiping through. *all photography from rwjf.org.

Well Worth…
a community-sourced recommendation social series

RWJF launched a monthly series featuring content that is well worth your time. “Well Worth” highlights racial justice and health equity through diverse stories, all pre-vetted by staff or contributors.

To kick off the series, I created a light brand including a logo, color palette, and stylized images and typography. I built a base carousel template, then customized for each month. Selections shown.
